The Corpsoft Solutions team first encountered this project in November 2023 when the client approached us with their consulting platform. Having already developed a successful concept that attracted investments, the client now sought to create a fully functional consulting software along with a progressive web application (PWA). The idea was to provide a seamless user experience, allowing people to browse expert profiles, check their availability, and book consultations directly through the platform.
However, the client faced several challenges that only experienced professionals could handle. These issues included:
- How to simplify the booking process while displaying prices and available slots?
- How to integrate secure video calls and ensure smooth communication between users and experts?
- How to build a scalable platform with future expansion in mind, including the development of a PWA to increase accessibility?

WebRTC-based video calls enabled smooth communication during booked sessions, ensuring high-quality interaction. - Monetization
The software for consultants is designed to generate revenue through a percentage of balances topped up and funds withdrawn by experts. - PWA Development
Once the web version is completed, the platform will be enhanced with a PWA to provide users with flexible, mobile-friendly access to the service.
