Our client launched a digital platform for finding and receiving financial services — from tax returns to general consultations. The main goal was to quickly connect users with qualified advisors, simplify document exchange, and enable consultations via chat or video calls.

The platform is designed for both individual users and businesses, which can integrate it into their own services using white-label branding. This solution also serves as CRM software for consultants, allowing businesses to manage customer relationships seamlessly.

The Challenges

The client came with a clear request: to build a platform that would facilitate fast, convenient, and fully remote financial consultations. The main challenge was to create a user-friendly process for purchasing services and submitting documents, ensure real-time specialist matching, and guarantee secure document sharing and signing — all without in-person meetings.

At the same time, the platform needed to be scalable for other businesses, requiring flexible architecture and support for customization, which made it essential to consider business consulting management and consulting business solutions from the outset.

Another difficulty was integrating multiple third-party services — for payments, notifications, and e-identification — without affecting speed, user experience, or data security.
