We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills for a corresponding position in a team of 2 to 5 people. You will be expected to work directly on products as well as manage a team.
Responsibilities:
– Managing a team of 3 to 5 people, assigning tasks, and assessing risks, both technical on the project and the team side;
– Eliminating blockers at any stage – both technical and resource-related;
– Create products logic following the best practices of the domain development, and also taking into account user needs and product domain context;
– Deepen and evaluate product increment requirements in collaboration with a cross-functional squad including tech and proxy product owners;
– Come up with new initiatives within your area to improve performance;
– Take part in implementing, maintaining, and improving existing products.
Requirements:
– Experience in working in a product-focused team (as a Squad Lead would be a plus);
– English (Upper-intermediate and higher);
– Scrum process & Agile approach understanding;
– Proactive position and analytical skills;
– Problem-solving and strong leadership skills;
– 2+ years of Laravel development experience (on commercial projects.);
– Commercial experience with Vue.js (React.js, JS, jQuery acceptable);
– Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3;
– Experience with AWS, Google, and Microsoft services would be a plus;
– Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals and adherence to a coding standard;
– Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and LAMP;
– Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases;
– Practice experience with building REST API services;
– Practice experience with Docker.
