We’re looking for an empathic and over-communicative Service Manager to join our team. The position will be perfect for people who have excellent presentation skills, empathy and needs exploration skills, and willingness to help clients and conclude deals on win-win terms — previous experience in sales, customer care, account management, or consulting preferred.
Responsibilities:
– Implementing sales strategies under specific guidance to achieve company targets and goals;
– Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand awareness;
– Raising the upper budget limit and communicating our service values;
– Packaging a personalized solution based on the backlog/squad estimate;
– Qualify leads and determine the goals of their businesses;
– Respond to client inquiries & present the services and relevant experience;
– To report leads processing stats and communication trends/inquiries changes;
– Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry trends to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales;
– Successfully closed IT sales cases (presentation will be a plus);
– Working hours will be varying;
– Strong communication and negotiation skills;
– Excellent time management and organizational skills;
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
– English – Fluent.
