    Responsibilities:

    • Writing expert content in English: blog articles (2,000–5,000 words), portfolio cases, landing pages, guest posts, etc;
    • Independent research on topics related to healthcare, compliance, software development, and regulated industries. There will be an opportunity to conduct interviews with the technical team and C-level executives for additional context, but this will not be the main and constant source of information.
    • Working on a content plan developed by the content manager and agreed upon with the team lead;
    • Developing the structure of materials (logic, blocks, argumentation), formulate agreed topics into catchy titles, select cases and examples that confirm the company’s expertise;
    • Creating content with a focus on benefits, specifics and demonstration of the company’s expertise;
    • Adapting content for different ICPs and different stages of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) with relevant CTAs;
    • Working in conjunction with the content manager and marketing Team Lead.

    The focus of the position is on fast and high-quality execution. Initiative to improve content and suggest topics is welcome, but not required.

    Requirements: 

    • English level B2-C1;
    • Experience in writing content for healthcare. Experience with other regulated industries is a plus;
    • Understanding of compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, ISO 270001, etc.), experience writing content about this will be a plus;
    • Experience writing SEO-friendly case studies, landing pages, and expert articles. Experience writing AI-friendly content would be a plus;
    • Ability to translate technical content into understandable and logical text for a business audience;
    • Understanding of the marketing funnel and the principles of TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content;
    • Ability to write CTAs appropriate for each stage of the funnel;
    • Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to different target audiences (founders, CTOs, business vs tech).
