We’re looking for a result-driven and creative targetologist to join our team to boost our marketing activities and bring more clients to Corpsoft.io.

We need a person who:

– Has 1+ year of experience launching successful advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google (at least two of these);
– Practically familiar with campaign strategic planning, budget management, and optimizing targeting performance;
– Knows how to use various frameworks depending on the product requirements;
– Has English level at least B1.

It will be a plus if you also have:

– a portfolio of your successful campaigns with specific results;
– experience with the IT industry and/or the European/American markets.

Your regular tasks will be:

– Research target markets and audiences to identify the potential clients who would benefit from Corpsoft.io’s services;
– Create targeting personas considering demographics, needs, pain points, and decision-making processes;
– Analyze competitors’ best advertising practices and generate ideas on how we can use them;
– Choose relevant advertising platforms based on the goals and specifics of the target audience;
– Set specific parameters for online advertising to ensure ads reach the intended audience (e.g., location, industry, job titles);
– Provide specifications to designers and copywriters or create advertising creatives by yourself;
– Allocate budget resources effectively across different paid advertising platforms for the best return on investment;
– Set up and run test advertising campaigns to determine which creatives work best and scale successful options afterward;
– Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through analytics tools and make adjustments if needed;
– Create reports summarizing campaign performance and provide recommendations for future targeting efforts.
