We are looking for an impactful, results-driven and proactive marketing professional to accelerate the company’s growth on the marketing roadmap and to support and improve marketing processes within the company.

What we’re looking for you to work on:

– Working with the basic tools of digital marketing;
– Research and analysis, getting to the heart of the matter;
– Working and developing profiles on external platforms (Upwork, Fiver, but mainly Linkedin);
– Finding and testing new channels and tenders to generate leads and attract new clients;
– Researching the market, competitors, and company position on an ongoing basis;
– Lead generation and initial processing of leads at the upper stages of the sales funnel;
– Developing wording, positioning, and content for the company in the current market conditions;
– SEO tasks, keyword research, and monitoring the status of the site;
– Working with Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager;
– Designing and participating in the development of landing pages for products and services;
– Creating and maintaining email campaigns for cold and warm audiences;
– Preparing presentations, wrap up the portfolio, and blog in line with the company’s current goals;
– Participating in the development of global marketing strategy;
– Working on internal projects and client requests related to product marketing and promotion;
– Wrap up and highlight company positioning and branding.

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of practical experience in marketing;
– Experience in the B2B market (IT or service companies);
– Experience in SEO (1 year or more would be a plus)
– Experience in running and developing a youtube channel would be a plus;
– English – B2-C1 level (the higher the better), ability to articulate a narrative with the right nuances and tones;
– Confident knowledge of marketing and sales fundamentals (IT sales, product sales);
– Experience in Lead Generation direction on Linkedin would be a plus;
– Strong copywriting skills;
– Agile thinking, proactive attitude to life, ability to take initiative and deliver results.
