We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant/Trainee/Junior to support our marketing team. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including portfolio presentation development, website content updates, booking marketing calls, and summarizing call outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule and book calls for the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and follow-up;
– Summarize key points and outcomes from marketing calls for further action and analysis;
– Manage team lead’s e-mail inbox and calendar to ensure all important messages are received and replied;
– Assist in the development of presentation portfolios for marketing purposes;
– Update content on our website and profiles across various platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance;
– Assist marketing team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
– English B2 level or higher;
– Knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools (nice to have);
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
– Active listening и problem-solving;
– Agile thinking, proactive attitude to life, ability to take initiative and deliver results.
